Lowther drivers are guaranteed against faulty workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase. The guarantee covers the costs of parts and labors, but does not cover the cost of transportation. Customer must retain and produce the original sales receipt or invoice as proof of purchase.
The Lowther Club has the option to either replace or repair faulty products entirely at our discretion. All warranty work will be done at the factory in England. This allows for faster turn around on your units and also allows the factory to inspect and determine the cause of problem.
All costs incurred in transporting faulty products to our works shall be borne by customer and such expenses will not be deemed to be the responsibility of the Lowther Club under any circumstances.
Exclusion: The warranty does not cover discounted items, special priced units, used units, parts sold, abuse of products, mishandling of products or damages caused by custom inspection.
We believe your satisfaction is most important. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchased product, you have the right to return the product for cash refund. No question asked. However, we will charged a restocking fee according to the following schedule.
Important notes: Returning product must be in good condition, packed in its original packing materials and attach the original sales receipt. Customer is responsible for transportation cost of returning products.
